About INFRARED: Gender in Translation:

In conjunction with the California College of Art’s Gender in Translation events, INFRARED will showcase a night of queer experimental films that examine gender construction, presentation, and reception. Crisscrossing from abrasive to sensual and from campy to abstract, these films defy standards of narrative cinema and normative desire.

This screening is made possible with support from the California College of the Art’s Graduate Program in Visual and Critical Studies.
